Description

You will lead the definition and evolution of the enterprise data architecture vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy. You'll provide strategic leadership in embedding AI into the data platform, oversee evaluation of emerging technologies, and manage data modelers, architects, and engineers. Working with cross-functional leaders, you'll deliver high-performing, future-ready data and AI platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 10-15+ years in data engineering, analytics, or platform architecture
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Fivetran, dbt or equivalent tools
• Strong experience with modern data architectures and cloud data platforms
• Experience with platform security, governance, and AI/ML pipeline design

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data architecture vision and roadmap
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and best practices
• Lead, mentor, and manage data modelers, architects, and engineers
• Design end-to-end data architectures for ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics
• Enable advanced analytics use cases and drive self-service analytics strategy
