You'll partner with internal and external teams to provide subject matter expertise and drive successful Payer and Provider implementations. You'll shape roadmap decisions, improve processes, and remove barriers to ensure timely go-lives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead process of setting standard configurations for Payer/State portals.
• Represent technical perspective in cross-functional strategy sessions.
• Drive market diligence efforts to set standard environment configurations.
• Support pre-implementation activities and identify risks and issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology implementations, preferably in healthcare.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementation models in home care or Medicaid.
• Proven success in building repeatable processes and managing risk.
