You'll design credit products at a leading Brazilian fintech, owning the end-to-end design process from discovery to implementation. You'll collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions. This role offers the chance to work with AI-powered design tools and shape user experiences for millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer voice into product planning aligned with business goals
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform design
• Design flows and prototypes using the company's Design System
• Define and track experience metrics (CSAT, conversion, adoption)

📋 Requirements

• Senior Product Designer experience
• Experience with user testing and research
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, Double Diamond, or similar methodologies
• Experience with Design Systems and prototyping tools

• Experience with banking, financial, or credit products
• Familiarity with AI applied to product design
