You'll build and optimize customer journeys to deepen engagement, reduce churn, and grow lifetime value. - Design and build automated email and SMS customer journeys
- Develop segmentation models based on behavior and lifecycle stage
- Launch targeted campaigns to reduce churn and increase renewals
- Track and report on campaign KPIs like churn rate and LTV
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle marketing or retention-focused marketing
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise
- Strong analytical skills with Salesforce, Tableau, or Google Analytics
- Deep knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices
