Description

You will provide frontline IT support, maintaining services and infrastructure in a corporate environment. Responsibilities include fulfilling service requests, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing asset tracking, and assisting with migrations (e.g., Microsoft to Google suite). You will work closely with the IT team to ensure system availability and document processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Mac/PC desktop support experience
• Expertise in configuring/troubleshooting iOS and Android devices
• Proficient in Mac systems, Jamf, Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of Fortigate, Cisco switches, Zoom, AWS, JIRA, Confluence
• Understanding of networking and security best practices

Responsibilities

• Fulfill service requests in a customer-service oriented manner
• Monitor, respond to, and escalate service issues via ticketing system
• Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
• Support onboarding/offboarding of users and document workflows
• Partner with IT team on migration from Microsoft to Google suite
