💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair on a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts for EquipmentShare's newest fleet. Using proprietary T3 technology, you'll diagnose issues faster and work smarter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology (laptops/tablets) to diagnose and track work orders
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts
• Travel to customer job sites for on-site repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
