Requirements

  • Success building and scaling API-first platforms with agentic interaction.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan across multiple portfolios and navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical acumen in APIs, integrations, and media activation.
  • 10–15+ years relevant experience with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion long-term product vision for omnichannel activation.
  • Lead product discovery and multi-year roadmap development.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and influence strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end platform development across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure solutions are API-first, scalable, and integrate with adtech/martech ecosystems.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a large team of product directors and managers.
  • Drive data-driven decision making and innovation in media and adtech.
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and platform leaders.
