Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale product management organizations.
- Expertise in media and adtech platforms with delivery of scalable omnichannel solutions.
- Success building and scaling API-first platforms with agentic interaction.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to plan across multiple portfolios and navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical acumen in APIs, integrations, and media activation.
- 10–15+ years relevant experience with significant leadership responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion long-term product vision for omnichannel activation.
- Lead product discovery and multi-year roadmap development.
- Manage senior stakeholders and influence strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end platform development across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure solutions are API-first, scalable, and integrate with adtech/martech ecosystems.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a large team of product directors and managers.
- Drive data-driven decision making and innovation in media and adtech.
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and platform leaders.
