💼 About This Role

You'll establish and own Payments BI foundations at Pipedrive, building dashboards and KPIs for merchant pay-in performance such as authorization rates and costs. You'll combine hands-on payments experience with analytics to drive measurable improvements. This is a unique opportunity to build a new analytics capability from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish Payments BI foundations with core KPIs and dashboards.
• Source, reconcile, and normalize data from PSPs and internal systems.
• Identify optimization opportunities in routing, retries, and payment methods.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Payments stakeholders on metrics and initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in payments acceptance analytics or BI with merchant pay-in experience.
• Proven track record of building KPI frameworks that improved payments performance.
• Expert-level SQL and BI tools experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Deep understanding of the payments lifecycle and merchant-side performance levers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fraud, risk, or issuer-side payments combined with merchant analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Experience with AI/ML for payments analytics.
