💼 About This Role

You'll join Crusoe Energy to fabricate and assemble metal components for innovative AI infrastructure projects. Your welds will directly impact equipment structural integrity and functionality. This role offers hands-on work with MIG and TIG welding in a fast-growing energy-tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• MIG and TIG weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Perform quality inspections on welded surfaces
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

📋 Requirements

• 2-10+ years of welding experience
• MIG and TIG welding proficiency
• Familiarity with stainless and mild steel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Specialized welding certifications
• Experience with exotic metals or advanced alloys
• Experience with automated welding equipment
