• Inspire and develop a high-performing team of Sourcers.
• Craft VEG’s approach to identifying and attracting top talent.
• Design and drive a centralized sourcing model across the enterprise.
• Partner with Talent, Medical Ops, and other departments to align priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of talent sourcing experience.
• 3+ years direct people management.
• Strong influencing and communication skills to present data to senior leaders.
• Proven technical aptitude with sourcing technologies.
