Description
As the Manager, HR Business Partner – East, you will serve as a strategic people partner to retail leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and compliance across a geographically dispersed workforce. You'll lead talent initiatives, coach leaders, and use data to inform decisions that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive HR experience including retail or field-based support
- Experience supporting high-volume, hourly workforces
- Deep knowledge of multi-state labor laws
- Ability to travel regularly to stores and field locations
- Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to retail leadership on strategic people initiatives and organizational design
- Drive talent management including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning
- Champion organizational change and process improvement initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance and fairness
- Lead performance management strategies and coach leaders on feedback and goal setting
