Description

As an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager at Cribl, you will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, focusing on enterprise security and observability solutions. You'll build strong customer relationships, articulate the value proposition, and consistently hit sales targets in the Philadelphia territory.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience
  • Experience calling on Security (SIEM/Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO)
  • Experience at an earlier-stage startup or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion and using MEDDIC

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
  • Articulate value proposition from engineer to CxO level
  • Forecast predictably and hit sales targets
