💼 About This Role

You'll own Abby Care's data layer and analytics function, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You'll define the roadmap, drive alignment, and lead a small team while staying hands-on. This role stands out for its impact in a mission-driven startup tackling family caregiving at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the company's data layer end-to-end, defining vision and roadmap.
• Establish single source of truth for core lifecycle metrics.
• Build scalable data foundation with strong governance and reliability.
• Drive insights and business impact by identifying bottlenecks.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in analytics or data science roles.
• Experience owning data/analytics roadmap in a 0->1 environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and data modeling.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, marketplace, or operations-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with lifecycle-based analytics and event-driven systems.
• Experience building data foundations for AI/ML systems.
