🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect office environments and internal programs with IT, Finance, Legal.
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding programs.
• Manage tasks for business expansion, deadlines, and performance.
• Review finance documents, ensure budget, track expenditures.

📋 Requirements

• More than 3 years experience in Employee Experience/Administration.
• Proficiency with Google Workplace, MS Office, Slack.
• Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and Compliance SOPs.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with office relocation or global office setup.
• Familiar with HRIS/HRMS systems like Keka, Workday.
• Experience in a start-up with 50+ employees or global teams.
