๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's manufacturing and automotive industries. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with senior leaders at OEMs and suppliers. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI research and a hybrid work model.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new accounts across Korean manufacturing and automotive sectors.
- Build and execute territory plans identifying high-value opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales with senior stakeholders on AI-driven engineering and operations.
- Orchestrate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions meeting safety and quality standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends like electrification, SDV, and smart factories.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea with manufacturing/automotive exposure.
- Genuine understanding of product development and manufacturing operations in Korea.
- Track record of building trusted relationships with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of automotive enterprises.

- Experience with chaebol group structures and affiliate supplier relationships.
- Passion for or experience with advanced AI systems and responsible AI.
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
