Description
As the Total Rewards Manager at GILLIG, you will lead the development and deployment of compensation and benefits programs, including market data reviews, incentive plans, and retirement programs. You will partner with HR leadership to design competitive total rewards that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance and scalable systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Total Rewards or HR analytics (manufacturing preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ADP/UKG (Kronos) or similar HRIS
- Experience managing self-funded benefit plans
Responsibilities
- Administer compensation programs including market data reviews, base compensation, and incentive bonus plans
- Develop Total Rewards policies and procedures for scalable systems
- Analyze external market data and internal compensation for grading and leveling
- Manage HRIS architecture for job grades, positions, ranges, and job descriptions
- Strategically manage benefits, open enrollment, health/welfare programs, and retirement plans
