Description

You will perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, stud welding, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork. You will also train other autobody technicians. This role is critical to preparing high-quality vehicles for customers at one of our state-of-the-art inspection centers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment with occasional mandatory overtime
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy plastic welding/stapling
• Perform heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Repair roofs and rocker panels
• Perform large area heavy bodywork including Bondo repair
• Train other autobody technicians
