💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearce Services to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on cell tower sites. Your work ensures mission-critical cooling systems remain reliable for telecom infrastructure. This role offers extensive travel, independent work, and growth in the telecom industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC package units on cell towers
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and timely

📋 Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
