💼 About This Role

You'll join RISE to accelerate internet connectivity in the Philippines by provisioning and troubleshooting services like Dedicated Internet and Carrier Ethernet. You'll work in a hybrid team, participating in on-call shifts and ensuring network reliability. Hands-on networking experience and CCNA-level knowledge are key to this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provision and troubleshoot dedicated internet and carrier Ethernet services
• Participate in on-call, night shift, and weekend rotation
• Handle NOC queries and support client calls with basic troubleshooting
• Deploy new devices following template configurations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of network administration or IT experience
• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals (CCNA/JNCIA level)
• Strong oral and written English communication skills

• Familiarity with softphone applications for client support
