๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the front line for clients using Ripple's treasury management platform. You'll own issues end-to-end, troubleshoot, and drive fast resolutions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve client experience, gaining exposure to how global organizations manage treasury.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own client issues end-to-end, troubleshoot, and drive resolutions
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests to meet SLAs
- Troubleshoot payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and Alliance Lite 2
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering
๐ Requirements
- B2B technical support experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills including reading logs and navigating complex systems
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with RSA, Symantec, or similar tools
- Familiarity with treasury, banking, or accounting concepts
