You'll be the front line for clients using Ripple's treasury management platform. You'll own issues end-to-end, troubleshoot, and drive fast resolutions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve client experience, gaining exposure to how global organizations manage treasury.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own client issues end-to-end, troubleshoot, and drive resolutions
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests to meet SLAs
  • Troubleshoot payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and Alliance Lite 2
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • B2B technical support experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills including reading logs and navigating complex systems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with RSA, Symantec, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with treasury, banking, or accounting concepts
