Description

You will own operations on large 3-axis mills and VTL, introducing new products and improving high-volume work. You'll create work instructions, standardize processes, establish new machining work centers, and provide design feedback to structures teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or other engineering discipline
• 2+ years progressive and related experience
• 3D/2D design/drafting skills

Responsibilities

• Own operations on large 3-axis mills (20’x8’) and VTL (20’ diameter)
• Introduce new products and improve current high-volume work across 3-axis mills
• Create work instructions, specifications, and best practices for high-fidelity processes
• Establish new machining work centers by defining tooling and processes
• Provide Design for Manufacturing feedback to structures teams
