Description

As a nurse in our residency program, you will provide one-on-one patient care in home health settings, with flexible scheduling and paid training. You'll develop your clinical skills with support from clinical managers, working with clients of all ages and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• New graduate or early career nurse
• Commitment to completing residency program

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care
• Use electronic charting (Statewise)
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Collaborate with clinical managers for support
• Care for clients of all ages and acuity levels
