📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Deep understanding of security fundamentals such as authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging, and secrets management
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex product features
• Experience working in remote, asynchronous environments with strong written communication skills
