💼 About This Role

You'll own the full accounts payable cycle at a fast-growing fintech startup. Your work will establish scalable accounting infrastructure and ensure accurate financial operations. This role reports directly to the Assistant Controller.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full AP cycle: invoice entry, coding, approval routing, payment processing
• Review invoices for accuracy and policy alignment
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare weekly payment runs in Ramp

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong understanding of the full AP cycle
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
