🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain user understanding models

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in CS, ML, Statistics, or equivalent
• 5+ years building and operating large-scale ad systems
• 3+ years in content understanding, user modeling, or cohort analysis
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Scala, C++, or similar

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing production optimization algorithms for ad platforms
• Experience with control systems and reinforcement learning
