You'll serve as the main customer contact for order-related inquiries, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. You'll manage order processing, quotations, and returns in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, detail-oriented environments with strong customer interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries on pricing, order status, and delivery timelines
• Prepare and communicate quotations with pricing and lead times
• Process and manage customer purchase orders and change management
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate schedule changes

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales in manufacturing
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and CRM platforms
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with ITAR, FAR, or DFARS compliance
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts
