You'll oversee 8Fleet's operations in Portland, managing end-to-end fleet growth and financial performance. You'll drive profitability through data analysis and strategic planning. This role offers rapid growth at a tech startup building infrastructure for autonomous rideshare fleets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial and operational metrics for fleet revenue and profit
• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations including driver scheduling and dispatch
• Manage vehicle maintenance and repair programs for fleet utilization and safety
• Partner with Growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain drivers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of operations management or business consulting experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Data-driven mindset with ability to perform analysis and execute strategy
• BA/BS with impressive academic record
