🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Provide leadership on operational tasks like payroll and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work at least 18 years of age
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development
