Requirements

  • Master's degree in education or related field
  • 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Identify learning needs and curate professional development experiences

  • Lead or support extended learning programs like tutoring or summer school
  • Review trimester report cards and specialist progress reports
  • Monitor updating of bulletin boards
  • Act as expert on NYS Learning Standards and high-quality curricula
  • Co-develop or adapt materials for multilingual learners and IEP students
  • Ensure fidelity of curriculum implementation and organize materials
