You'll support strategic sourcing and recruiting coordination for an AI-first customer experience company. You'll leverage AI tools to build candidate pipelines and optimize processes. This 4-month contract offers exposure to fast-paced startup recruiting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build candidate pipelines targeting top talent from competitors.
• Assist with day-to-day recruiting operations and duties.
• Use AI tools to generate recruiting reports and analyze competitor data.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
• AI-native mindset with comfort using AI-assisted tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
• Startup experience is a plus.
