Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or related field
- 7-10 years in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering
- Proven track record handling complex employee cases
- Experience working with legal and compliance teams
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of ER consultants across offices globally
- Partner with ER COE to ensure adherence to policies and regulations
- Coach managers on performance and misconduct issues using data-driven insights
- Oversee disciplinary and termination processes to minimize disputes
- Analyze data to recommend policy and practice improvements
