💼 About This Role

You'll lead global marketing for a next-gen decentralized exchange, driving growth through narrative design and network effects. You'll orchestrate GRVT's Token Generation Event and establish the brand as a category-defining platform in DeFi.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global marketing strategy for brand, growth, content, and ecosystem expansion
• Lead GTM strategies for token launches, product releases, and platform milestones
• Scale community as a strategic growth and liquidity layer across multiple channels
• Drive performance marketing stack including paid acquisition and SEO/SEM

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years of marketing experience
• 3+ years in leadership roles in Web3/DeFi
• Deep understanding of DeFi, token markets, and on-chain user behavior

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TGE or token launch strategy
• Network of relationships with KOLs, crypto media, and DeFi protocols
