💼 About This Role

You'll oversee 3rd shift manufacturing operations in an FDA-registered facility producing plant-based supplements. You'll coordinate daily production, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Present safety huddles and daily performance boards.
• Monitor safe practices and GMP compliance.
• Ensure correct employee placement at workstations.
• Collect and report daily production numbers and inventories.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/production experience
• Thorough understanding of production policies and procedures
• Prior experience within a cGMP environment highly desired

• Previous experience managing a team in manufacturing
• Familiarity with product codes and terminology
