💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical liaison for school districts using Raptor Technologies solutions, providing onsite support and training. Your work ensures system reliability and helps schools maximize the value of their safety software. This role requires regular travel to customer sites within a 100-mile radius.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and integrated systems
• Conduct onsite service visits for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Provide onsite and remote training sessions for school staff
• Document service activities and maintain inventory of tools and parts

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2–4+ years of field service or technical support experience
• Experience supporting hardware systems, networking devices, or integrated platforms
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within 100 miles of Northern Virginia
