You'll lead the FP&A function at BlueCat, a growing network operations technology company. You'll drive strategic planning, performance analysis, and actionable insights for Sales and Marketing leadership. This role offers the chance to scale processes and mentor a team of 5 in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 finance professionals
• Own actuals, budget, and forecast for all topline metrics
• Oversee commission administration and forecasting
• Deliver variance analysis and commentary on key drivers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in B2B tech
• Deep expertise in ARR and SaaS metrics
• Experience with Pigment or Adaptive, Salesforce
• Proven track designing complex commission plans

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent preferred
• US GAAP / ASC606 revenue recognition experience
• Private Equity ownership experience
