  • Build cross-functional systems for alignment between Marketing and Product, Revenue, and Finance
  • Drive mission-critical cross-functional programs tied to the CMO's top priorities
  • Translate the CMO's strategic intent into narratives, operating principles, and decision frameworks
  • Coach Marketing leaders on operating excellence and strategic clarity
