💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions for capital build outs, including offices, labs, and datacenters. You'll manage the full project lifecycle from design through handover. This role bridges IT, real estate, and security to ensure seamless technology integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate between internal teams, construction trades, and vendors
• Manage design, bid, implementation, commissioning, and handover of ISP/low voltage/networking
• Partner with ITAV team on audio-visual systems design and implementation
• Develop drawing packages and specification narratives for project design

📋 Requirements

• Strong project and program management capabilities (PMP or equivalent certification)
• Strong knowledge of architectural design process (SD, DD, CD)
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes
• Ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings

• Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning
• Vendor management experience (RFP, bid response, performance management)
