You will build products covering the full patient lifecycle, from discovery to ongoing care management, and drive projects through all developmental stages in a mission-driven healthcare company.

Requirements

• 6+ years building scalable fullstack solutions, ideally in consumer-facing startup
• Expert-level production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar
• Ability to align technical decisions with business value across stakeholders
• Proactive ownership of entire development lifecycle
• Experience coaching/mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to enhance and launch products
• Craft scalable, flexible code balancing speed and quality
• Contribute to engineering processes, culture, and systems
• Analyze complex problems and architect elegant solutions
• Review code and collaborate on technical decisions
