💼 About This Role

You'll lead hardware program execution from concept through mass production for a rapidly scaling AI-driven heart health platform. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, build integrated plans, and proactively manage risks to deliver high-quality connected health products. This role combines deep hardware experience with AI workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end hardware program execution from feasibility to mass production
• Build and maintain integrated program plans across hardware, firmware, and supply chain
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage program schedules, milestones, and risks
• Coordinate EVT, DVT, PVT, and production readiness activities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hardware product development or technical program management
• Proven track record of delivering physical products from concept through mass production
• Deep understanding of EVT, DVT, PVT, manufacturing validation, and production ramp
• Strong AI fluency with ability to build no-code AI workflows and automations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience within medical device, digital health, consumer electronics, or regulated hardware environments
• Experience with contract manufacturers and globally distributed teams
