You'll build and scale TikTok Shop growth through affiliate partnerships and optimized e-commerce operations. You'll own the affiliate ecosystem from creator recruitment to performance analysis, driving direct GMV impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale
• Manage affiliate network focusing on engagement and revenue
• Negotiate commission structures and maintain creator relationships
• Optimize product listings in TikTok Seller Center
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver weekly reports

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and Seller Center
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends and platform dynamics
