💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-stack engineering initiatives for Tyba's renewable energy simulation platform. You'll own major roadmap items from concept to launch, collaborating with product and commercial teams. This role combines Clojure/ClojureScript development with a focus on scalable systems and clean energy impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-stack engineering initiatives end-to-end.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Policy, and Marketing.
• Debug and fix production issues and participate in on-call rotation.
• Drive major portions of the engineering roadmap from concept to launch.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Clojure/ClojureScript in production environment
• Enthusiasm for enterprise, product-oriented challenges with design sense
• Ability to pick up new frameworks quickly and understand deep technical domains
