You will work backwards from customer and vendor needs to deliver the right inventory at the right time and place. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure in-stock availability, drive business growth, and optimize metrics like lead-time and fill-rate using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management or Supply Chain
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain-related field
• Proven ability to partner with vendors
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong Excel proficiency; SQL preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to build and maintain selection while controlling overstock costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class e-commerce experience
• Partner with vendors to optimize lead-time and fill-rate
• Use data to prioritize impactful actions and drive key business results
• Develop processes to monitor forecasting and inventory management systems
