You'll join the founding engineering team at Keith, an AI-native legal tech startup, to build intuitive client and conveyancer-facing platforms end-to-end. You'll leverage AI coding tools to automate complex legal workflows, turning manual processes into polished digital experiences. As a founding engineer, you'll hold significant equity and influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop task-based workflows and real-time transaction tracking.
• Build conveyancer dashboards with document review and approval systems.
• Collaborate with founders and senior lawyers to translate legal requirements.
• Create AI-driven correspondence agents for legal processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building modern web apps with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Full-stack proficiency including Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Experience with state machines or workflow engines.
• Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
