🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipeline
• Build environment parity across dev, staging, and production
• Create incident reduction infrastructure and automated alerting
• Improve observability to produce actionable signals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building CI/CD pipelines across environments
• Production AWS experience with ECS and RDS
• Track record of eliminating deployment toil
• Solid fundamentals in database operations and security

• Ruby on Rails deployment experience
• Experience building adopted automated developer tooling
