You'll lead security engineering for Contentful's corporate systems, owning tooling and platforms for the internal security team. You'll balance people leadership with hands-on technical execution, focusing on identity and access management and data security at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Own execution and prioritization across projects and operations.
• Enhance tooling, automation, and integrations for visibility.
• Define metrics to measure impact and optimize execution.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive engineering and security experience
• 3+ years managing people and security engineering teams
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code

✨ Nice to Have

• Software development experience in Python or Go
• Experience securing endpoint, SaaS, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with attacker techniques in cloud-native environments
