- Own full sales cycle from first conversation to close with SMB merchants.
- Engage and convert warm inbound leads from marketing and partnerships.
- Supplement pipeline with outbound prospecting and personalized outreach.
- Track and forecast pipeline accurately in Salesforce.
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience in SaaS or payments.
- Proven ability to exceed quota in high-volume, short-cycle motion.
- Strong phone, video, and written communication skills.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven approach.
