Description

You will lead global transformation initiatives that elevate partner organization performance, driving strategy development, cross-functional project management, and change enablement across regions. Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Partners Officer, aligning global partners with business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in global strategy, business ops, program management, consulting, or channel leadership
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale global transformation programs in matrixed environments
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and lead through change
• Exceptional communication and senior-level influencing skills
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple regions and functions

Responsibilities

• Lead global partner strategy creation, multi-year planning, and ecosystem design
• Manage enterprise-level, cross-functional transformation initiatives across regions
• Serve as advisor to Chief Partners Officer, providing insights and risk mitigation
• Develop executive materials including global business reviews and transformation updates
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of new partner models and processes
