You'll join a mission-driven team to transform the construction industry by maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Your core impact is keeping our fleet operational through data-driven diagnostics and on-site service. This role offers year-round OEM training and tool reimbursements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of repairs
• Travel to customer sites for on-location maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and understanding of schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be 21 to operate company vehicle
