You'll manage customer relationships during the Weave platform onboarding process, ensuring a high-quality experience. You'll own a portfolio of customers, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot issues. This role offers hybrid work and a chance to drive long-term customer success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with customers during implementation.
- Manage a portfolio of customers in various implementation stages.
- Act as project manager and point of contact for each customer.
- Teach and train customers to maximize Weave platform value.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Implementation.
- Drives Results: Consistently achieve goals despite obstacles.
- Ensures Accountability: Hold self and others accountable.
- Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and solutions.
