You'll manage customer relationships during the Weave platform onboarding process, ensuring a high-quality experience. You'll own a portfolio of customers, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot issues. This role offers hybrid work and a chance to drive long-term customer success.

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers during implementation.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in various implementation stages.
  • Act as project manager and point of contact for each customer.
  • Teach and train customers to maximize Weave platform value.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Implementation.
  • Drives Results: Consistently achieve goals despite obstacles.
  • Ensures Accountability: Hold self and others accountable.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and solutions.

  • Knowledge of basic computer networking and home/office networks.
