You'll cultivate trusted relationships with 15-25 National Olympic/Paralympic Committees and support cross-functional planning with 8-10 internal teams. Your work directly enables a seamless Games experience for delegations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client relationships for 15-25 NOCs/NPCs.
• Support NOC/NPC visits and post-visit follow-ups.
• Coordinate with 8-10 functional areas for planning.
• Execute Games-time operations including stress tests and nightshifts.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• English fluency; multilingual preferred.
• Experience with Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Smartsheet or project management tools.
• Data analytics and reporting skills.
